The city is holding a happy hour for bloggers and creative types next Wednesday, September 8, at National Mechanics. The idea is to create a dialogue between bloggers and the city regarding the incorrectly dubbed "Blogger's tax."This is in response to the outrage created when the city asked several bloggers to pay a business privilege tax as the bloggers are classified by tax officials as businesses.
