Have an Idea For a Philly Public Affairs Journalism Project? You Could Win $5,000.

The William Penn Foundation is encouraging people to create/ produce public affairs journalism in Philadelphia. And they are providing $5,000 to ten news-gathering operations.

You could be that news-gathering operation.
